At Natural History Museum, you can experience the amazing variety of life that inhabits Earth. Visit our exhibitions with more than 2000 preserved animals - from microbes to whales - the king of the oceans. During your visit, nature might reveal a secret or two. Explore our three permanent exhibitions: 'The Global Backyard', 'The African Savannah' and 'Our Nature'. In 'Our Nature' you can discover the change of Danish landscape from the Ice Age to the present. In our special exhibition 'OOPS!' you can experience some of the coincidences and luck that make our world today. In 'Tales of the Fossils', you will be marveled by the delicate and extraordinary details found in a butterfly wing, insects and even feathers in fossils found in layers of 55 million years old mo-clay around Fur and Mors in Jutland. If you want visit some of the most scenic and diverse nature Denmark can offer, make sure to visit The Mols Laboratory. It's our research station in Mols Bjerge National Park.
