About
Thornæs Distillery is the only whisky distillery in North Sealand, Denmark. The focus of the distillery is to produce Danish Single Malt Whisky based on Danish organic barley and rye in combination with water from the natural reservoir beneath the neighboring Grib Forest. The distillery arranges tours and tastings for visitors as well as private events. Bookings can be made directly on the distillery website. The farm shop at the distillery is open every day apart from Sunday and during bank holidays. Here visitors are welcome to sample the distillery's products and take home a bottle.
