From field to plate Enjoy Købmandsgaardens bison-burger with chunky fries or our tapas with bison-delicacies and bread all-you-can-eat Experience Danish hygge with coffee and cake, or one of our classic ice cream cones – together with scenic views of the fjord and local island charm. You can see our American Bisons by taking the “Bison-walk- route”. Park the car on our Bison Parking spot on Grønvej and watch the animals from the trail. Keep a good disance to the fence and keep dogs on a leash.
