Our organic blue corn has 20% more protein and a lower glycemic index. It is one of the healthiest types of corn, and is naturally gluten-free. The BlueTaco concept is a twist on the Mexican taco, inspired by the rich taco culture of both North and latin America. With bright colors and eye-catching street art, our location captures the feeling of walking down a small Latin American street.
