Empire for me is a place I feel welcome. Received with a smile and a warm welcome as one visited an old friend one has known for several years. A familiar scene where I meet up with friends after work for a drink and delicious food. The place where I embrace my boyfriend and we weave our fingers over a romantic dinner with delicious wine, and share our food as the concept is sharefood and it is sharing friendly with appetizers. The place where I can invite the whole company or family, down to a nice dinner where we enjoy food from different continents, as the food culture is important and often brings people together. Drinks are cool and funky with respect for good old virtues. We use shakers. We make a little noise with the blender. We like to mortar with all the strength we have, to get the juice out of the glue for a delicious mojito.
