Hanzō is Madklubben’s rebellious Asian restaurant. Unafraid to cross borders or to break the rules, Hanzō mixes and matches ideas from street kitchens and haute cuisine alike, and explores the cuisine of Japan, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos and beyond. You’ll find Hanzō on Værnedamsvej, a charming little street that bridges the neighborhoods of Vesterbro and Frederiksberg. Take a seat in the colorful dining room or in one of the nooks in the “secret” back alley — which you’ll have to sneak through the waiters’ corridor and the kitchen to find.
