Restaurant Smör is located in the National Museum of Denmark. We serve classic Danish open-faced sandwiches with local, organic ingredients and each serving represents a bit of Danish history. Try the taste of Denmark when we serve pickled herring, cheese from small, independent dairies or Danish free-range chicken - served on classic, quality rye bread. All of which, can be paired with historic beer and local snaps. Or if you have sweet tooth you can, of course, try our lovely cakes and pastry.
