Vemmetofte Rectory Retreat is an idyllic quiet hide away - bed and breakfast in the beautiful manor nature of South Zealand, UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE Stevns Klint. We have 4 large and 2 smaller newly renovated rooms in our historical building from 1717, in front of the moat to the very private Vemmetofte Castle. The personal contact to our guests is important to us, and we strive to make life pleasant and relaxing for our guests while staying with us. It is here in our beautiful living rooms and in the huge old garden we encourages our guests to enjoy being in nature, listening to the wind in the high linden tree crowns, take a walk in the surrounding forests, ride a bike to the beach, or just lounging and reading a good book. As in other old landmark buildings, there is not always private bath in connection with the room, but the room size, decor and house atmosphere outweighs carefully this imperfection.
