Welcome to Hindsgavl Slot’s cosy café named after the resident ghost walking the castle park around midnight. In the café, you can enjoy a light meal with a nice glass of wine or a high-quality local beer – or a hot cup of coffee with a piece of delicious homemade cake. From the menu you can choose between simple and tasty dishes with a classic style based on great ingredients many of which come from our kitchen garden.
