Awarded as Danish best meadery 2023. You are Welcome to visit the meadery and taste how Snoremark have rethink the art of making mead of Honey, Apple juice and lokal Herbs. In kollaborations with scientist from the Danich Nationalmuseum Snoremark has recreated mead based on archaeological finds. The Snoremark mead are produced in the concept of the new Nordic kitchen. The meadery are placed in buitifull souroundings with a fantastisk wiew over Roskilde Fjord and open fields. You are welcome to stay at Snoremark glampingsite placed ind the appleorchard or as pintripper.
