Fiskerhuset Faxe
About
The Fisherman’s House is an approximately 150-year-old house where a fishing family made their living. Objects from the fishing family's life are exhibited in one room, and in the other room there is an art exhibition. Twice a year there is an exhibition of local artists' work. During the winter, there are hikes on Feddet every Thursday at 10 pm starting from The Fisherman’s House. Occasionally, other activities also take place. The house is open 24/7. You are welcome to enjoy brought food indoors or on the benches outside. Water can be heated in the old kitchen. There are cutlery and crockery that you wash up after use. If you are driving, you can park in the car park at Feddet Strand Resort. The Fisherman's house is located approximately 10 minutes walk towards Præstø Fjord.
