About

The Vildmosemuseum moved into a beautiful, old factory building in the heart of Brønderslev in 2021. The building was built in 1918 and was originally a part of the machine factory Pedershaab. Now an ambitious museum project is being worked on, which will transform the rough factory rooms into a modern museum. Here, in the future, you can explore the stories about Brønderslev and the history of the area, especially the history of the Store Vildmose. The new museum will contain artifacts from the old Vildmosemuseum, but in a modern exhibition, where there is focus on the experience and interaction. The ground floor will be opened at special arrangements during the project period, for example city walks. If you wish to know more about the Vildmosemuseum, you can visit our website. The Vildmosemuseum is a part of the Museum of Supply and Sustainability, which also contains the museum Dorf Møllegård.
