EXPERIENCE A CAMP IN THE SWEET SPOT BETWEEN LAKE, FOREST AND SILKEBORG CITY CENTRE. If we may say so ourselves, Ly Outdoor Camp is in an amazing location – close to nature, close to culture, and close to the city's pulse. From one corner of the camp, you can overlook the Remstrup River, part of the Gudenå. Here, you’ll see canoes, kayaks, SUP surfers, and motorboats passing by alongside the historic steamboat Hjejlen. You can rent canoes, kayaks, and SUP boards directly from our outdoor camp. Just one and a half kilometers from the camp, you'll find downtown Silkeborg, full of restaurants, cafés and shops – and a charming harbor area with ice cream stands, eateries and bakeries. We offer fine bathing and kitchen facilities – both indoors and outdoors. In The Social Area, the heart of the camp, you’ll find shelter under a tipi or tarp, a fire pit, and in the summer we often host bonfire evenings with guitar music. ✨ Our facilities are simple – the location is five-star!
