Bregninge Mill can write its history back 300 years, namely 10 August 1711, where Niels Juel, Valdemar Castle, provides miller Niels Hansen establish letter of the mill, located on Bregninge Hojmark with associated housing, by paying 20 rigsdaler annually to gentry. The current Bregninge Mill is from 1839, and worked until 1950 when it was adapted to restaurant.
