Visit the Danish Shellfish Center and get an insight into the latest research in shellfish and seaweed. We focus on sustainable food production, and we are best known for our work with the European flat oyster, which is popularly called the Limfjord oyster. Or take us out to the fjord, where you can feel the wind in your hair in our RIB boat Skull, visit a mussel farm or collect your own oysters.
