In our kitchen, Nordic flavors meet the Mediterranean culinary philosophy, offering true taste experiences. Our Head Chef, Silver Illak, crafts flavors that tell the story of local nature, Mediterranean herbs, and long-standing traditions. The Nordic approach of using local ingredients lies at the heart of our dishes, respecting local heritage and nature. Our organic lamb comes from Ala-Mähkli farm in Karula National Park, where special attention is given to animal welfare and meat quality. We are proud to be one of the few restaurants in Estonia that honors the entire lamb, preparing all cuts on-site with a zero-waste philosophy. Similarly, we carefully select fresh trout from Karilatsi, which takes only half an hour to reach our kitchen. We hope your time with us brings joy and inspiring culinary experiences.
