Harju County Museum is located in Keila River Park and operates out of Keila Manor, which was built at the beginning of the 19th century. Approximately 100 metres from the manor are the ruins of Keila's medieval stronghold. The museum’s permanent exhibition is 'Life of Harju', and there are several rotating exhibitions.
