About
The House of the Officers of the Fleet in Tallinn is an eye-catching neo-classicist building which now houses one of the city's biggest theatres (seating audiences of up to 1100). It was constructed after World War II, when Tallinn was still home to the headquarters of the Baltic Fleet. The facade of the building, which bears some truly unique features, was completed in 1954. Its beautiful interior houses a large collection of navy-themed paintings. Today the building is home to the Russian Cultural Centre.
