Rock Club Tapper in Tallinn has been open to guests since autumn 2008 and since its opening, it has become one of the most important venues in the local world of rock – the black-box style club has been specially tuned for concerts and with the bar, it has room for six hundred guests. Tapper is also a cosy place for smaller parties who come to the club for meals, drinks and a few games of pool during the week.
