All reservations for our tours are done by email. Send us a message, and within 24 hours you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tour details and payment instructions. Reservations are available until the night before the tour, so booking early is recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel without charge up to 48 hours before the tour. After that the payment is non‑refundable. If a cancellation occurs, we’ll try to reschedule you if guide availability allows.

Can you organize a pick‑up from the harbour by car?

Helsinki’s public transport network connects the harbour and airport to the city and is fully accessible. For accessible tours we use electric‑ramps vans, and we can give you detailed instructions to reach the meeting point.

How many people can attend the same public tour?

Accepted Answer

The capacity varies by tour and season. Public walking tours may host several dozen people during peak season, while bike tours are limited to 8 participants per guide.

Is it possible to pay with a credit card?

Yes. Once the tour is confirmed we send you an e‑invoice with a secure link for card payment. For those who prefer it, PayPal or bank transfer are also accepted.
