The concept began in 2013 as a series of restaurant day gigs. During the following years, Pobre would see themselves grow from the kiosk setting to restaurant pop-ups around Helsinki. With the popularity of their food, Pobre began to attract attention and gained a following on social media. Now, the team is looking forwards to serving Helsinki a memorable dining experience.
