Family-owned Pöllöwaari is a classy and elegant fine dining restaurant in the center of Jyväskylä. Under the same roof as our restaurant situates Boutique Hotel Yöpuu, the best hotel in town. You can enjoy here the superb breakfast as well as refined flavours at lunch. The core of the Pöllöwaari is nevertheless the menus at the dinner. Menus are changing every two months and theya are made from the best seasonal ingredients available. Our sommelier recommends the beverages for your meal with pleasure. Our wines comes mainly from Europe and are from organic and biodynamic small producers. The wine list is changing every two months, as well as our craft beer selection and cocktails.
