Fried vendace - Our legendary, traditional dish. Small vendace coated in our secret glutein free flour coating and panfried in lactose free butter. They are served with our sour cream sauce . The dish is strongly linked to our traditional lake culture. Perfect fingerfood to enjoy with your friends! After vendaces we recommend to try our crepes with whipped cream and strawberry jam.
