Saimaa Stadiumi is a multi-functional arena at Mikkeli. It serves, in addition to tourists and local societies, also all the inhabitants of the area. The sports and wellbeing facilities of the area have increased significantly, as a result of the project. Another objective of the project is to attract other events to the area. The facilities are designed to be multi-funtional.
