Koskikippari can be used for both small and large occasions. The conference room is quiet and has all modern meeting equipment. The space also works wonderfully as an evening space together with Koskikippar's sauna. In the winter season, we recommend Kämpä for meetings and evening parties of a maximum of 20 people. In spring, summer and autumn, Koskikippari works comfortably even for larger groups, when the outdoor spaces can be better utilized. Koiteli is a unique, nearly natural area of rapids in Oulu, Kiiminki district, only about 25 kilometers from the city center in the direction of Kuusamo and a provincially valuable tourist attraction with cultural and historical importance. The area’s scenic value is formed by riverbeds, rapids, small islands, shores and nature. It is estimated that around 80,000 visitors visit Koiteli every year. In Koiteli, you can experience the beauty of nature, hike swim, fish, relax by the riverside outcrops or enjoy a picnic.
