The Arctic culinary Experience Nova Skyland’s own restaurant serves food from Lapland with a modern touch and flavours for all tastes. Traditional Nordic ingredients such as salmon, reindeer meat and king crab are complemented with contemporary influences. Opening hours: Closed for the summer season. We open again in October!
