New eatery in the heart of Ruissalo - Turku's Central Park. Offering casual dining and a carefully curated Chef's Table, first in Turku. Working together with local farmers, our produce is fresh, seasonal and aiming for sustainability. Cuisine style would be described as inspired by the Nordics with a Mauritian twist Located in a historical building, designed by architect Alexander Nyström in 1917, which served as the first civilian sea airport terminal. Alex 1917 was previously under another management and the restaurant was called Maininki.
