Settled in Aix en Provence on the Puyricard plateau, in the domain acquired by the great grandfather in 1932, Nathalie and Jean Michel Escoffier perpetuate the cultivation of a 15 hectare vineyard, today in organic mode, respecting the vine and the environment. In a very qualitative approach, the yields are very low, the manual harvesting and the aging in oak barrels.
