Enjoy our fully air-conditioned south facing house with a large covered terrace overlooking the large garden of 3000 m² and 10m x 5m protected swimming pool (fence + secured barn) with pool house, deckchairs and games for children . The house is ideal for children both inside and out: slide, football cage, outdoor games, boules court ... and a 25 m² gaming room closed with foosball, games boy and girls (cars, pet shop ...). The house consists of a large living / dining room open to the kitchen. 4 bedrooms (6 people - max 8): -1 large master suite with king size bed + bathroom (shower) and separate WC -1 bedroom with a double bed + bathroom (shower) + WC -2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed + bathroom (bath) + separate WC The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge. TV, DVD, internet, wifi access. Air conditioning in all rooms. You can enjoy the gas barbecue to the sound of cicadas. Sheets, towels and basic necessities provided. Non smoking villa, pets not allowed. Baby equipment: possible on request Note: we love animals and have 2 nice independent cats that will not bother you because they live and sleep outside but may come to visit you only to eat and drink (outside the house).
