A Merendella Citadina is a Mediterranean-inspired bistro in the heart of the old town of Ajaccio. Its chef Yannick Lambert, offers generous, authentic and family cuisine, entirely "homemade" based on local and seasonal products. A "Bistrot" spirit, made of quality products and which gives pride of place to "nustral" cuisine revisited in a contemporary way. Yannick Lambert, chef for 15 years, is a lover of Corsica and its local products. The restaurant A Merendella Citadina is open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner in the intimacy of the rue Conventionnel Chiappe on the terrace or inside, a discreet and pleasant street far from the tumult of the busier and more festive streets of the center of 'Ajaccio. To accompany his cuisine, the chef presents a wide selection of "living" wines from Corsican winegrowers and elsewhere, committed to expressing the identity of their terroirs and preserving their environment.
