Cathy and Jean-Pierre, looking for a quiet and warm place, have taken possession of a charming hotel-restaurant in Albertville, in the heart of Savoie more than 20 years ago. Concerned with the satisfaction of their customers and the well-being of their team, they developed this business in the joy and the good mood, in order to create a second small family. Mushroom picking enthusiast, passionate gardener, the chef has always cultivated the taste of the seasons in this friendly atmosphere. It is a cuisine that is neat, generous and faithful to tradition, while flirting with innovation.
