Cathy and Jean-Pierre, looking for a quiet and warm place, have taken possession of a charming hotel-restaurant in Albertville, in the heart of Savoie more than 20 years ago. Concerned with the satisfaction of their customers and the well-being of their team, they developed this business in the joy and the good mood, in order to create a second small family. Mushroom picking enthusiast, passionate gardener, the chef has always cultivated the taste of the seasons in this friendly atmosphere. It is a cuisine that is neat, generous and faithful to tradition, while flirting with innovation. The quality and love of good made them to work with regional products, local suppliers and craftsmen, to concoct good homemade dishes.
