Founded in 1953, our cellar is located in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, between Toulouse and Albi, on the left bank of the Tarn. A pioneer and specialist in barrel aging, we now have 650 barrels and vinifications, in particular the ASTROLABE and PASSION cuvées. Passionate, we are keen to introduce you to our cellar, to share our profession and our know-how. Arouse your curiosity by coming to discover the diversity of the vineyard and our indigenous Gaillac grape varieties (Braucol, Far from the Eye) through a tasting commented by our team. A friendly moment of exchange around grape varieties, aromas and winemaking. It’s also an opportunity to introduce you to our magnificent barrel cellar.
