Le Mas de Roussa is an ancient silk farm full of charm and character, set just above the beautiful river Ceze, in the scenic wilderness of Cevennes National Park. The traditional stone mas hides two fully self contained holiday apartments, which have been tastefully decorated to reflect its character, whilst providing all modern comforts. Our guests can enjoy 10 hectares of beautiful meadows and woodlands buzzing with wildlife, a private pebbly riverside beach and a 10 meter shared, heated swimming pool. Whilst peaceful and tranquil, Le Mas de Roussa is only a couple of kilometers away from the medieval market town of Saint Ambroix, with its bustling food market, cafes and boulongeries. It's the perfect base to explore the region, close to the rugged wilderness of Cevennes valleys, breath-taking gorges and rivers of Ardeche and traditional, picturesque towns and villages like Luzanne, Uzes and Le Vanes. Guests arriving at Le Mas de Roussa will be able to lose themselves in the serenity of the surrounding nature, walking the meandering paths through the meadows, swimming in the calm waters of the river Ceze and exploring the woodlands. It is a place to find peace, gather thoughts and recharge batteries.
