Maison de la Fourme d'Ambert is a little museum presenting history and fabrication of the famous Fourme d'Ambert. In addition to the visit, you can savour the Auvergne cheese and buy local products from the shop. During the summer season, it is possible to learn how to fabricate the cheese during quick workshops. The Maison is managed by a tiny organization with voluntary farmers in particular.
