Visit the French Beret factory in Bayonne to learn everything about the different stages of beret making , directly in the only beret factory in the Basque Country! Rich in ancestral know-how, each of our berets is made by hand following a traditional manufacturing process, but which remains secret, knowing that a beret is the subject of more than 10 reworks. It will take a week in total for a beret to be ready to reach its future customer. In one visit, you will be able to witness each of the stages, and discover behind the scenes the making of this emblem of the region, and of our country! The French Beret has of course the EPV (Living Heritage Company) label, a label awarded by the Ministry of the Economy. Self-guided tour without appointment.
