Apartment partially renovated in 2018. Magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, you will be close to a famous paragliding departure and 5 minutes from the lake by car. About 30 minutes from La Clusaz and Grand Bornand ski resorts. A quiet place or rest couple or small family in a beautiful country house converted into several apartments. Terrace and private garden. You will be welcomed in this house with bed linen and bath towels. Fireplace condemned ! We are discreet people but we stay available during all your stay. It’s the country side of the lake of Annecy, it’s calm, peaceful… It’s a very good place for people who are looking for quietude and enjoy great open spaces because you find yourself literally at the foot of mountains which is known like: The Tournette, The Dents de Lanfon, The Lanfonnet. The tenants have access to all the apartment. There is one private car place front of it, maximum 2. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 big sofa bed in the very big living-room, 1 kitchen recently renovated and well-equipped, 1 bathroom with a shower. 1 private terrace with garden furniture. You can find a bus top on the bottom of the hill where de accommodation is located. It's 5mn to go there by walk ( free shuttle the summer).
