Founded in 2018 by chef‐pair Sandra and Léo, the establishment reflects their shared culinary heritage from world‑class kitchens in Paris and the New York scene. Inside, guests enjoy a seasonal menu featuring fresh, local produce, “cuisine” in the Savoyard dialect, and an inviting mix of traditional and modern dishes. With a relaxed dining room and outdoor terrace, it’s an ideal spot for lunch or dinner, serving from 12:00 to 13:30 and again from 19:00 to 20:30, while remaining closed on weekends. Reservations are taken by phone only—be sure to call prematurely if you plan a dinner reservation as the space is limited to six guests on any given evening.
