This class is about experiencing French cuisine and cooking altogether to learn how to make some classic french simple dishes. Enjoy eating what you have prepared along with local bread, cheeses, and cider. This should take about 3 hours to cook, share eat and enjoy together. Perfect activity for your holiday in Normandy.
