Traditional bistro cuisine, with local and seasonal products and a fine cellar offering mainly natural wines. By taking over the Gibolin at the start of 2022, Chef Arnaud and Alizon wanted to preserve the spirit of this small Arles institution. There is a menu with a selection of quality starters and main courses, which will be regularly renewed with the seasons and the chef's desires. Reservations are made by phone only, on opening days (outside service hours)
