Our chef serves fresh, generous and sincere dishes, with the look and taste of the Camargue, by selecting produce coming exclusively from our own farm and our superb region. He attentively chooses produce from local producers and mainly from sustainable agriculture : bull meat and rice from our farm, Camargue olive oil. And of course the fruits and vegetables from our garden that guide his inspiration. One kitchen, three atmospheres : - The kitchen/dining room : an authentic place where you will feel at home. - The terrace : curtains, candles, intoxicating smells, a romantic atmosphere in the middle of nature… Open during nice weather. - The pool : your summer lunches in a wild setting of both flowers and greenery.
