The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of opportunities and space to enjoy with family and friends. Through a double sliding door you can reach the cozy covered terrace. The living room has electric radiators, but also a cozy wood-burning fireplace, (wonderfully warm in the spring and autumn). A large Smart TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player. The whole house is equipped with screens and has shutters to keep the heat out. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second fridge with extra large freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, microwave and oven. On the ground floor there are 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom, an indoor hallway and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and leg section, a mirror with chest of drawers and a chair. Through the French doors you have unobstructed views of the garden and the surrounding mountains and you can walk into the pool. The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa.
