A freshly renovated farmhouse dating from ca 1890. When our family aquired the property, its was in a appauling/delaberate state! We redone the cellar with pellet heating-ripped out the oil tank and furnace-rebuilt a pellet room, got a 300l hotwater(pellet/electricity/solar) tank. The ground floor was completly redone NO FUZZ DANDROF entrence,shared living room with swisscom TV, industrial cuisine, no self cooking. 1st floor is mine with a privat cinema, office, memorabilia room shared bathroom with KIDS friendly WC seat, shower, hairdryer, and a privat Masala-Majjid-. Attic was completely renovated, insulated and paneeled, laminated floor with berber/ other carpets, radiators, windows. ATTIC has a TV/DVD media center 2.1 sound for the kids, 2 sofa beds, 1 double bed, cubord, books, CD`s(folklore, country, brassband) BRAND NEW stair cases and railing.
