Making jam is a real means of self-expression for Vérène and Marie-Charlotte Indekeu who carry on the know-how inherited from their family and constantly stretch the limits of culinary inventiveness. They select the tastiest fruit and create recipes that are subtle and surprising, a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
