House 40m2, east facing, fully renovated in 2015, featuring a parking space. It is located 5 minutes walk from the port, 10 minutes from the guarded beach of Porigo and 10 minutes from a supermarket. It has a beautiful wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, a Weber barbecue. You will find, on the ground floor, a lounge with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine) and a toilet with sink. The floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 2 places and the other with 2 beds 1 place) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. We have 4 adult bikes available. Cleaning products and tea towels are provided. Sheets and towels are NOT SUPPLIED.
