MADDAM, a brewery founded in 2016 in Chablis, in the heart of Burgundy, is revolutionizing the art of brewing. The brewery draws its inspiration from the excellence of the region's wines. Each MADDAM beer is brewed using a unique 60-day process, guaranteeing inimitable finesse and flavor. The rigorous selection of ingredients from Organic Farming gives these creations authenticity. The subtle bitterness of the beers comes from a meticulous choice of organic hops. The brewery welcomes you from Monday to Saturday throughout the year in its bar where you can taste beers on tap and also tours of the facilities. We also offer seminar rooms and the possible privatization of spaces equipped with video projection and sound for corporate or other events.
