The kitchen is fully modernised, providing skilled chefs with a wide range of local produce to create seasonal menus that highlight the best of Vivonne and surrounding vineyards. In addition, the Auberge hosts five small gîtes above the premises for families and guests wishing to stay overnight. The restaurant offers daily service from noon to 2 pm and again from 7 pm to 9 pm, closing on Thursdays.
