The Distillerie A. Blachère is the oldest distillery in Provence. Created in 1835, it specializes in the production of brandies, liqueurs and especially syrups. It produces the famous syrups PAC® lemon and Fun Blue®, Couleur Provence®, liqueurs of Provence old over hundred years, artisanal pastis and brandies from Châteauneuf du Pape and Provence.
