Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape is the product of an excellent “terroir”, made up of large, rolled pebbles which lie over a layer Miocene blue-clay, and on which are planted the thirteen authorized varieties of the AOC.We practise organic farming for 10 years.The Mistral wind brings with him the sunshine which ripens perfectly our grapes, harvested by hand, and each bunch undergoes the selection process
