The property is set in its own mature grounds up a cul de sac for extra privacy, We are 10 minutes from Lalinde 15 minutes from Issigeac famous market town and 20 minutes from Bergerac. The complete downstairs apartment is private to guests where their entrance backs on to the patio area and the 11.5 x 5.5m pool. There are 2 steps from the upper patio to the pool area, also the pool is over a metre deep at the shallow end. For these reasons it is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. The gite apartment is clean and has a refreshing atmosphere and the area is tranquil with beautiful bird song without traffic noise. See the extra info in the facilities section.
