In a region benefiting from a microclimate, bordering shale soils with fruity, supple and generous wines, clayey-limestone terroirs suitable for long, typically full-bodied wines; The cooperative wine cellar, created in 1937, has grown over the years and now comprises 110 farms. Here red, rose and white wines are produced in AOP Languedoc and AOP Saint Chinian.
